I just missed a deadline on CareerLink because I tried to update my resume and it says I have to wait for my resume to be approved even though that my resume has already been approved once.

Today I received an email from my RA detailing the results of the recent safety inspections. My room tied for first for the most safety violations on our hall (3) and here they are:

Right now I can easily make a blog post and view all of my blog posts by clicking on "My Blog." I think this concept should be expanded to "My Content" and have "My blog" be a member of "My Content." Using this structure, "My Content" could have new members such as My Photos, My Podcasts, My Opinions, etc., where I could keep track of all of my content (literally).

Can we get Internet Explorer 7.0 and Firefox 2.0 installed in the FGH computer labs (and anywhere else that needs it)? If I want tabbed browsing I have to open Firefox but since they don't allow changes to be made to the hard drive, Firefox will always act like it is being opened for the first time and ask if I want to import settings from Internet Explorer.

A couple nights ago I was eating dinner at Rand and went to refill my milk glass as I had done many times last semester without a problem. It so happened that they were in the process of refilling the milk station so a few people were waiting around and a Rand cashier reminded us that we could get milk in a carton. I replied, "no thanks, I am only getting a refill" and the cashier then told me I was not allowed to get a refill on milk. Perplexed, I returned to my seat to finish my cake without any milk (blech!).

I challenge anyone to reply with a logical reason why two people of the same sex shouldn't be able to get married, because the only argument I have heard so far is marrige is a religious tradition between a man and a women. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it should be illegal. Some people find pornography offensive but pornography isn't illegal, and do you know why? Because it isn't the government's job to regulate taste, and it certainly isn't the government's job to discriminate against same sex couples who want to enjoy the benefits of marriage.

I have been getting terrible ping times at certain times of the day (upwards of 300+ms from many different sites such as ESPN and Google) and it is pretty annoying. According to broadbandreports.com I am a dismal 224ms away from my first hop, which leads me to believe that a router near Lewis is getting overloaded at peak hours.
