In a flurry of lights, fashion and performances, Vanderbilt's Lambda Association held its 14th annual drag show Saturday night at the Student Life Center.

The line seemed endless. The student cooks could not keep the food coming out quickly enough. Before long, the room was packed.

At the first House meeting held Thursday night, Vanderbilt Student Government began their meeting with guest speaker GLBT Life Director Nora Spencer before moving on to resolutions.

On Saturday, Sept. 27 from noon to 2 p.m. Best Buddies will host their first big event of the school year.

The restructuring effort for the Student Finance Committee and AcFee allocation process continued as Vanderbilt Student Government held forums on Sept. 17 and 18 where students were invited to make suggestions for improving the AcFee system.

The Office of the Dean of Students is working to create more community on campus.

Vanderbilt Student Government will hold open forums to discuss the restructuring of the Student Finance Committee in charge of Acfee allocations.

With House elections over with, VSG is now in search of undergraduate students to apply and serve on their various committees.
