The Vanderbilt women's lacrosse team earned an at-large invitation to the NCAA Tournament and will open play against sixth-seeded Notre Dame on May 10.
With the invite, the Commodores (10-6) made the field for the third consecutive year. Vanderbilt has defeated the Fighting Irish the last three times the teams have met, including an 18-11 victory in Nashville on April 15, and holds a 9-4 edge in the overall series.
