I have my mojo back. I went 6-4 last week. I know that doesn't sound great, but after some of the weeks I have had, I will take 6-4. I am 33-36-1. If I would have been a homer and taken Vandy last week, I would have had another win, but South Carolina decided to play horribly. Also, Clemson was Clemson last week. Problem was that it was the good Clemson not the underachieving Clemson. What has gotten into Auburn? Three straight losses and averaging only 12 points in the last two games. How about LSU's offense coming alive? I couldn't have been more wrong about that game, but I guess the bye week really helped LSU.

I am feeling confident this week although there are a few huge spreads that I am torn on. I have had eight weeks to watch teams now, and I feel like I have a good idea about what different teams bring to the table. Goal for the week: 8 wins. Let's see if Halloween weekend is good to me or just plain scary.

Georgia Tech @ Vanderbilt

Tech by 11.5

Georgia Tech is the 11th best team in the nation. They run an offense in the triple option that opposing teams don't see every day. Vanderbilt may only have the ball a total of 15 minutes all game the way Tech's offense can hold the ball. I don't see this one being close.

Georgia @ Florida

Florida by 15

This is tough. Georgia had a bye week last week. That extra week of preperation may make this a close game. Florida has also looked vulnerable the last few weeks. With that said, Georgia's defense has been horrible at times this year, and Brandon Spikes should be back this week. I think Florida's offense is too much. I am taking Florida, but I won't be shocked if I am wrong. I was wrong in another Florida rivalry game when Florida played UT.

South Carolina @ Tennessee

UT by 5.5

UT has been hot of late. They should have beaten Alabama last week. Monte Kiffin's defense is great. Vandy's defense, which is great even with our anemic offense, gave South Carolina problems last weekend, and I think Kiffin's defense should be able to match that. Vandy was also able to run on South Carolina, so I expect UT's duo of Hardesty and Brown to have big games.

Tulane @ LSU

LSU by 36

This is tough because I think it will be close either way. If they don't cover, LSU will come close. If they do cover, it will probably be by 37 or 38. Tulane has given up 31 points or more in all but one of their games this season. LSU's offense came alive last week against a good Auburn team. I just hate rooting for bad teams to try to score against good teams. It is easier for me to root for good teams to score against bad teams. I will take LSU now, but that could change by game time.

Ole Miss @ Auburn

Ole Miss by 4.5

Ole Miss looks like they are finally on track. McCluster was electric last week against Arkansas. Auburn has looked bad the past three weeks. Ole Miss' defense has looked great as well. I think Ole Miss' defense will shut down Auburn much like LSU did.

Eastern Michigan @ Arkansas

Arkansas by 38

Eastern Michigan is 0-7. They have played BCS conference teams somwhat close. They barely lost to Northwestern. Michigan only beat them by 28. Arkansas can put up points in bunches though. Arkansas has scored over 40 points in four games this season. Central Michigan also beat Eastern Michigan 56-8 a few weeks ago. The only thing that concerns me is the Arkansas defense, but I just can't go against Arkansas with Ryan Mallett and Michael Smith.

Mississippi State @ Kentucky

Kentucky by 3.5

I continue to go back and forth on this game. Kentucky may be missing their two best defensive players though in Micah Johnson and Trevard Lindley. I also think Dan Mullen is the best coach in this game, and State can put up points. Besides Auburn, Kentucky doesn't have a ton of impressive wins. Plus, it is basketball season in Kentucky. I am going with State. Once again though, I may change my mind on this one before kickoff.

Miami (FL) @ Wake Forest

Miami by 7

Only 7? You have to be kidding me? Wake Forest is plain bad this year. Miami is up and down, but they are athletic and at one point this year, people were talking about them as a top 5 team. Who have Wake Forest beaten? Maryland, NC State, Elon, and Stanford in a game they were lucky to win. Miami has beaten Florida State, Oklahoma, and Georgia Tech. The Canes let me down last weekend, but I will continue to go with them this week.

West Virginia @ South Florida

West Virginia by 3

South Florida has given up 95 points in their last three games. They gave up 214 yards rushing last week against Pittsburgh. Noel Devine should be licking his chops. I like West Virginia.

Cincinnati @ Syracuse

Cincinnati by 15

Tony Pike who? Zach Collaros has stepped in and looked great. Brian Kelly has to be the favorite for national coach of the year. Marshwan Gilyard is a big time WR. Syracuse hasn't played a Big East team close yet this year, and Cincy is the best Big East team out there. I am taking Cincy.
