Well, Halloween weekend was average for me. I didn't get my 8 wins, but I did go 6-4, so I can't complain too much. If Arkansas' subs could have played a little more defense, and Miami wouldn't have let me down for the second straight week, I would have had those 8 wins. Vanderbilt teased us all with a solid first half just to play horribly in the second. Can our defense and offense play well in ths same game? Doubtful. I see a 2-10 season. What is up with Ole Miss and Auburn? Most up and down teams in the SEC? I think so. This week a lot of SEC teams are playing weak opponents, and there aren't spreads for the games; therefore, I will be picking more out of conference games this week than usual.  I am 39-40-1 for the season. Looking to get over .500 for the first time this year.

Vanderbilt @ Florida

Florida by 35

Even without the eye gouger Brandon Spikes, Florida is just a matchup nightmare for Vanderbilt. Last year, Florida moved the ball with ease against our defense and could have easily scored 50+ if they would have played their starters the whole second half. I see no reason why Florida won't score at will again this season. Our offense has been pathetic against average defenses. I don't think they will put up more than 10 points against one of the top five defenses in the country. Lastly, when this game is inevitably a rout after the first half, I just don't see Vandy fighting back that much. This team is defeated and ready for this nightmare season to be over.

South Carolina @ Arkansas

Arkansas by 5.5

Arkansas' defense is bad, but South Carolina's offense isn't great either. I think Mallet, Smith, and Arkansas' high powered offense will put up too many points for South Carolina.

LSU @ Alabama

Alabama by 7.5

I think this is going to be a very close game. I think Alabama wins, but neither team has a great quarterback. Both teams have stout defenses that will try to shut down the other team's running game. I look for this to be a low scoring, close game. Alabama's near loss to UT does not give me great faith that they will blow out LSU. Similar to UT, LSU has a solid defense that should keep them in the game.

Memphis @ Tennessee

Tennessee by 26

Memphis is a worse two win team than Vandy. I don't give them any shot in this game. It should be a rout. Memphis will have trouble scoring against Kiffin's defense.

Oregon @ Stanford

Oregon by 7

I am slightly worried about a hangover from Oregon's big win last weekend against USC, but Oregon can score in bunches. Stanford is a very solid team and no slouch, but I just can't see them putting up the kind of points Oregon will. I like Oregon to win by at least 10.

Oklahoma State @ Iowa State

Oklahoma State by 7.5

I am not buying Iowa State at all. The Big XII North is pathetic. Oklahoma State, even without Dez Bryant, should have enough talent to beat Iowa State.

Florida State @ Clemson

Clemson by 9

Mickey Andrews just announced he will retire after this season. While this could help Florida State play inspired football, the Seminoles had a less than stellar performance last weekend against North Carolina State. C.J. Spiller is playing incredibly of late. I hestitate with this game because who knows what team will show up for either team, but I will take Clemson and pray.

Oklahoma @ Nebraska

Oklahoma by 5.5

Nebraska has a good defense under Bo Pelini, but their offense isn't great. Oklahoma has a great defense and has enough playmakers on offense even without Sam Bradford to beat Nebraska by 6.

Houston @ Tulsa

Tulsa by 1

I like Case Keenum. He put up ridiculous numbers last week and has to be considered a Heisman frontrunner at this point. Keenum went 44 of 54 for 559 yards passing, 5 TDs, and 1 INT against Southern Miss. Tulsa also scores in bunches. I think this will be a shootout, but Keenum leads the Cougars to victory.

Ohio State @ Penn State

Penn State 3.5

Terrelle Pryor will want to beat the home state school that he turned down. Penn State fans have made signs and shirts saying "Terrelle Cryor" and have stated how relieved they are that Pryor elected to go Ohio State. Pryor is sure to want to change their minds. With that said, he has played sub-par this season and will be playing banged up. Happy Valley is no joke and should cause problems for Pryor. I just think Penn State is a better team and have the home field advantage.
