The king of dressing well both day and night, this week’s pick for Style Spotter features Junior Scott Sung. Generously allotting time to be interviewed and photographed before his night out to dinner, downtown, and Greek Row, Scott’s style impeccably strikes a chord between both pupil and professional. Also impressive is how much sincere thought that Sung puts into when and what he wears in his daily life as a college student. Continue to read on to learn more about his ensemble and how he definitely dresses to impress.

What are you wearing right now?
Black Alfani Blazer, complemented by a button-down shirt and Calvin Klein sweater, Levi 501 jeans, argyle socks, and Cole Haan shoes.

Who are your favorite designers & what are your favorite stores?

My favorite stores would be Macy’s and J. Crew. In terms of designers, I’m not fond of any specific designer, but I do like to take classic pieces and make them more contemporary.

What’s your inspiration for dressing each day?

I like to dress in whatever an aspiring, young professional, especially in the finance industry, would wear. Let’s just say, if I were to stumble upon my next future boss, I would want to look my best.

How do you decide what you’re going to wear out at night and on the weekends?

I try to step up my game and avoid just wearing a polo. If anything, I liked to at least add a blazer when going to dinner or downtown.

Most disliked Vandy trend?
I’m not a fan of khaki pants with gym shoes.

If your closet was on fire and you could only save one item, what would that be?

My crazy, thrift store jacket that changes colors because there is obviously only one in the world. Plus, it’s great for frat parties.

And lastly, if you had to describe your style in three words, what would they be?

Timeless. Clean. Simple.
