Rand Dining Center is holding a meal plan event called “Wild Game Night” for tonight’s dinner meal.
From 5 to 6 p.m., Rand’s menu of wild game will include grilled venison sausage, free-range chicken paella, rosemary roasted wild boar and buffalo shepherd’s pie.
According to dining services, the side dishes include mesculin and micro greens tossed with fresh tarragon, Julienne leek and juniper berry vinaigrette, peppercorn croutons, carving block of cheddar cheese, assorted wafers and crackers, artisan breads, garlic pan-roasted shallots, caramelized carrots, Yukon potato hash, jalapeno jack cheese and hot apple cobbler with whipped cream.
