We need YOUR feedback to improve our site.
InsideVandy is a work-in-progress, and we are always looking for ways to make the site better. Soon we will begin a reevaluation of InsideVandy so we can make some changes to the Web site for the spring semester.
We want to know what you think:
-What do you love about the site? What do you hate?
-What content do you want to see on the site?
-What functions do you want the site to perform?
-Are you having any problems using the site?
-How can we spread the word about InsideVandy?
Some users have already started posting their suggestions. If you have suggestions for how we can improve, please post comments here or e-mail director@insidevandy.com.
The more comments, the better. We will take your suggestions into consideration as we work to improve the site.
Thank you for using InsideVandy.
Best,
Anne

Or maybe just an RSS feed for the new comments?

Photos don't work
Photos still don't work for me in either IE or Firefox; general rendering bugs in Firefox as mentioned above also prevent my enjoyment of the site. Given what I've seen, I'd say your user base is probably 25-35% Firefox (most college campuses are). So this sucks for them.
Timeout too soon
I always get logged out while I am writing thought-out comments on posts. This is annoying.
A way to search for the most
A way to search for the most recent comments would be nice
Log in to see most recent comments
Daniel,
The best way to find the most recent comments is to log in to InsideVandy with your username and password. When you log in, you will see a list of recent blog posts and a list of recent comments (with timestamps) in the right column on the InsideVandy pages.
This is why registering and logging in to the site (even when you're just reading) matters.
Hope this helps,
Anne
Comment issues
Sometimes I write a comment and then click "Preview comment." On the next screen, though, the text editor box is often superimposed over the "Post comment" button, so I can't actually click it and post my comment.
I have the same problem as
I have the same problem as MikeMaio using Firefox but you can workaround it by pressing tab until the "post comment" button is highlighted and then hit enter.
same problem
I have the same problem... which browser are you using? I tried it in Firefox and it did that, but I switched to IE (just for InsideVandy) and it works fine...but for some reason when using IE the entire Photo's page gives an error:
"A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Yes, No"
Its a pain because the posting page only works in IE but the photos page only works in Firefox... so its impossible to get full functionality
