Title misleading

Institutional tax forms are public information to begin with, so it's a little disingenuous to claim that the IJC "made Vanderbilt tax forms publicly available" when a more accurate term would be "drew attention to already publicly available documents."

A bit misleading

Point taken, the title is a little misleading. While the forms are available upon request, they're allowed to charge you for copying/postage fees, and they were not in a digital format.
We spent $12.10 and about half an hour scanning everything in. So yes, "drew attention to already publicly available documents," but also made them more accessible.
