The trip was not bad at all, about 9 hours, but we stopped for Waffle House so it probably would've been less. Everyone around here thinks Vandy has no chance, but I'm optimistic. The Big House is obviously enormous, but it doesn't seem as loud as Florida, where I covered a game last year. I don't think the Vandy players will be intimidated. The press box is awesome. We are sitting with hundreds of media members and have a great view -- first row, at the 45-yard line. From our view, the stadium doesn't seem too overwhelming, probably because it's bowl-shaped, meaning everyone in the stands is looking down on the field. Less than a half hour till kickoff. I can't wait. Stay tuned for our predictions.
