living off campus
This year I decided to live off campus with a roommate. Our apt is at Westmont, less than a 5 min drive to campus. It is listed as a one bedroom, which we split, and the bedroom itself is bigger than the lewis I shared last year! Plus we have a huge living room, our own bathroom, 4 closets, a full kitchen, and a hallway! Also, we have a pool we can use during seasonal times. We have to pay our own utility bills, but it's not much of a hassle. Plus all of our heat and air conditioning work! Oh yeah, here's the kicker, the whole apt with utilities is the EXACT same price as Vanderbilt - but we SPLIT it!

just curious
I know they published that article about the housing points that were necessary to get a Chaffin, but what did the breakdown look like for Towers or Morgan/Lewis?
Hey now.
We're not that loud next door.

Heh
OMG that sounds SWEET!!! When can I move in?
Seriously, what is up with our crappy, crappy housing? Why are we giving the stupid freshman better housing? Oh right- because that's where the prospectives tour, and we want their money. We don't care if you leave after freshman year, because we'll get MOOOOOORE PERSPECTIVES!!
I'm a little bitter about the crappy housing, can you tell?
