The Nashville area is under a tornado watch until 2 a.m. Wednesday. The National Weather Service reports that, severe thunderstorms, with possible hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes, are possible for middle Tennessee. The severe weather is in advance of a cold front that will push through middle Tennessee late tonight. As this cold front approaches, weather developments could change rapidly.
