Welcome to the fourth annual week of StartEm/BenchEm for week 7 in the NFL. Last week went pretty well. This week its fall break but fantasy and football don't stop, let's get to it. ---------------------------------------------- StartEm Santana Moss WAS/WR - His matchups against coverage on the ARI side just make me think he's goin big and downtown. Jerious Norwood ATL/RB - Saints have a pretty horribel running defense andany one that runs on them can exploit their defense. Terrell Owens, Tony Romo DAL WR/QB - They go hand in hand. T.O.. has been a bit of a bust, but after last weeks showing against the vaunted NE Def, I think this week he'll go insane. Reggie Bush NO/RB - Hes back an finnally not doing something stupid, like trying to bounce out to the wings, he's just running the football and finding the most outta what the defense gives him. Buc's D/ST - Detroit isn't that great and Kitna throws a lot of INTs. Kevin Faulk NE/RB - Yeah it's NE, but this week they'll have to run it a lot and let's face it, NE will still win. LenDale White TEN/RB - Hes getting the TD carries, and looks to be doing a lot more work out there than Brown. Brian Leonard STL/RB - Hated him last week and was right in doing so, this week I can see his regular type of potential and production. ----------------------------------------- BenchEm Jay Cutler DEN/QB - Pit D is still insane, so ouch. Reggie Brown PHI/WR - Just a majro disappointment, should just taken Curtis from the get go. Anyone from Miami - They're playing the undefeated Pats, and they are the winless Dolphins. Math is a factor here. Jon Kitna, Roy Williams DET QB/WR - If I like the Buc's D.... Matt Hasselbeck SEA/QB - They play against the Rams, but their pass defense ins't all that horrid. ----------------------------------------- Predictions NE @ MIA = NE - Like I said, Undeafeated NE vs. Completely Defeated MIA. ATL @ NO = NO - Reggie is chewing up yardage like he used to. And ATL isn't really, like, good. SF @ NYG = NYG - A classic battle of young vs. old. NYG D is young and ready to rip. SF offense just looks old and tired. TEN @ HOU = HOU - This is a tuff one. Titans DEF is outstanding and can win them the game, but if Schaub breaks out and has a decent passing game so they don't have to run it then HOU wins. I'm calling for the latter to occur. BAL @ BUF = BAL - BUF's young QB is going against one of the scariest DEF out there. ARI @ WAS = WAS - Qri just hasn't got it together defensively, and Jason Campbell will tear it apart. TB @ DET = TB - TB DEF > DET OFF simple, simple math. KC @ OAK = KC - Larry Johnson is back and making noise. NYJ @ CIN = CIN - Passing game is the real strength, and Jets have little defense against Chad and T.J. MIN @ DAL = DAL - Hungry after their somewhat expected loss to NE, all they have to do is stop Peterson and the game goes to DAL. CHI @ PHI = PHI - Bears D is down, and Donovann has WestBrook back. STL @ SEA = SEA - StL has no O line. Seahawks will be in control the whole time. PIT @ DEN = PIT - Den can run it, and the PIT D will have the pass covered, so all PIT has to do is run and pass their way to vicory. IND @ JAC = IND - Peyton just goes to work everytime he steps on the field. A lotta people are saying that JAC can take 'em out, but I just don't see it happening as long as Peyton gets the ball. Good Luck, Game on. Mr. X
