Actress Rebecca De Mornay was busted on October 30th for drunk driving. TMZ reports that the 48-year-old was pulled over by Beverly Hills P.D. for a traffic violation, but they quickly noted her intoxication. She failed several field sobriety tests and had a blood booze level of 0.9. She was arrested, cited and then released from jail a few hours later. Drunk driving is all the rage these days! HAHAHAHAHA!!! Billboard has revised their Billboard Top 200 this week, so the Eagles WILL take the #1 spot despite selling their new album only through Wal-Mart and their website. Having sold 711,000 copies compared to Britney Spear's piddly 290,000, they will go to #1 and Brit will go to #2. Dlisted.com reports that Michael (Wacko Jacko) Jackson must pay $23 million in loans or lose his beloved Neverland Ranch. The estate has gone into foreclosure, and Jacko has 90 days to pay back the loan or lose Neverland. He has reportedly missed three mortgage payments in a row. Santa Barbara County is threatening to sell Neverland to repay the bank loan. Fifty-five employees do still live at the Ranch, but he has been living near Washington, D.C. Do something, Jacko! According to court papers filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, K-Fed is a "self-employed performing artist" and "does not earn any income" besides the $20,000 a month in spousal support he gets from Britney Spears. He has requested that Spears ante up for his legal fees because she brings home the bacon. An update on PerezHilton.com reports that Britney has been ordered to pay $120,000 of Kevin’s legal fees. Ridiculous. I'm starting to get bored with Spears & Federline. Craziness goes a long way, but it's time for something new. Variety reports that CBS is quietly putting together a new season of "Big Brother" due to the writer's strike. (I LOVE "BIG BROTHER"!!!!) Nobody knows how long the strike could go on for. It could go on for months and networks are looking to reality shows to fill the gap. A circulating rumor states that this season could be a "Celebrity Big Brother." The show's resident robot, Julie Chen, will also be back as the host. Tuesday on the "Early Show," one of the hosts said that "Big Brother" could be back pretty soon. Chen rolled her eyes and said she hopes the strike is settled soon. I LOVE "BIG BROTHER"!!! Paul McCartney is reportedly dating married American millionairess Nancy Shevell. Dlisted.com says the two have been on a few dates in London and New York. Nancy claims she is still legally married to lawyer, Bruce Blakeman, but is legally separated. The two were married for twenty-three years. She refused to comment on her new relationship with Paul. A source told the Daily Mirror what happened when Heather (B****) Mills did when she found out. The source said, "There was a huge row. Heather asked what the h*** he thought he was up to. She asked him how he thinks their daughter Bea would feel to see her dad and his new girlfriend splashed all over the newspapers." What is up with this daughter? She has to be like four! Do you REALLY think she's reading the Wall Street Journal??? Stfu, Heather!!! She needs to be watching her crazy mommy's sob story on the telly, that's what! Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick, was arrested in Tampa on Wednesday in connection to the August car crash that left his good friend, John Graziano, with permanent brain damage. Nick, who has multiple traffic violations on his record, has been slapped with felony charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. This case is going to court. Detectives report that Nick was racing a second car, before the crash, at speeds of over 60 mph through the 40-mph zone, which was wet from recent rains. While investigators concluded that the actions of the other car’s driver were not a contributing factor in the crash, he, Daniel Jacobs, is being issued a summons to appear in court for reckless driving charges. Additionally, and more damaging, police also cited Nick for having a blood alcohol level of .02 or higher. Any BAC above 0.00 would be illegal for the 17-year-old. Sorry, Nicky boy. NO!!!!! Rosie O'Donnell may have cost herself a show. Rosie said on her blog Tuesday that she was in talks with MSNBC for her own show, but when she "let it slip" at a book signing, the network got nervous and dumped her. She wrote: "msnbc one hour live following keith olbermann we were close to a deal almost done i let it slip in miami causing panic on the studio end well what can u do 2day there is no deal poof my career as a pundit is over b4 it began just as well i figure everything happens for a reason bashert - as we say and on we go" PerezHilton.com contests this claim, saying the real reason Rosie O’Donnell ended talks with MSNBC for a new show is over money. "The network couldn’t afford to make a deal for Rosie just based on a nighttime show," reported Fox News. "It would have to have been tied into something else on daytime. The problem with that? O’Donnell doesn’t want to return to a grueling daytime schedule while her kids are in school." Rosie is also said to be reluctant to sign a deal longer than one year. Oh, Ro. Come back to us! Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag play enemies on "The Hills," but Star Magazine reports that the two are friends in real life. A witness saw the two in the parking lot of LC's apartment building getting into her black Mercedes. "They were laughing, hugging and being very affectionate with one another. There were no MTV cameras around. This seemed like the real deal. I saw Heidi coming to visit Lauren at her apartment without her fianc?©, Spencer Pratt." "The Hills." is. FAKERY!!!! George Clooney and Fabio (WTF???) got into a little altercation during dinner at Madeo in West Hollywood on November 2nd, according to PerezHilton.com. Fabio's manager told In Touch, "George is lucky he didn’t end up in the ER." (What would Fabio have done? Smeared him with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"???) George, his girlfriend, Fabio, and a group of women, including a profesional photographer were having dinner together. When the photographer started snapping photos, Clooney got nervous they were of him and his woman, so he asked her to stop. Fabio went to Clooney's table to explain the photos were not of him, saying, "I thought you were a nice guy. Stop being a diva." The two started arguing until George went to push Fabio. "The waiters broke it up before it got out of hand," an eyewitness revealed. George skipped the rest of his meal and bolted after paying for the check. The eyewitness added, "George was drinking. He wasn’t drunk, but he certainly wasn’t stone sober either." Wow. Battle of the divas, round one! Jennifer Lopez FINALLY announced her pregnancy on Wednesday! The singer/actress broke the news to the crowd in Miami on the very last stop of her U.S. tour, PerezHilton.com reported. "Marc and I are expecting," she revealed. Her husband and touring partner, Marc Anthony, then bent over and started kissing her belly. He said, "I didn't know she was going to talk." The audience at the American Airlines Arena erupted with screams and applause, causing J.Lo to get emotional. How lovely. Amy Winehouse’s visa to work in the U.S. has been approved, according to PerezHilton.com!!!! (Yes!!! Now go vote for her to come for Rites!!) Meanwhile, Wino was set to commence shooting her video for her new single, "Love Is a Losing Game," (I love that song!) in London this week, but she was a complete no-show. (What's new?) The reason for her absence has been cited as having gotten drunk and sleeping out a hangover on her sofa. The singer’s no show has cost her label more money. They have already expressed their displeasure at her costing them so much money. Get better, Amy! Love ya!
