One of my favorite new British singers, Lily Allen lost 19 lbs in 6 weeks because her doctor forced her to eat right and work out, says Dlisted.com. Lily was diagnosed with a heart murmur and was put on a diet. She said, "I have been asthmatic all my life, but this was really quite scary. When they asked me how much exercise I did, I had to be honest and say hardly any. I used to love nothing more than sitting in front of the telly with two packets of Ginger Nuts and two bags of milk bottle sweets - and I'd devour the lot. But this heart thing has made me cut back on all that kind of crap. I now find that, because I am looking after myself, I don't feel like eating the bad stuff so much." Lily has also cut back on her partying and boozing, but not the smoking. "I was going pretty crazy back in the summer, drinking way too much and partying loads. But now I don't want to drink so much, I've been cutting back. I should also give up smoking, but haven't quite managed that yet." If only my other girl, Amy, would take some advice from Lily... Speaking of! Amy Winehouse has cancelled her entire tour and all other engagments on doctors' orders, reports The Sun. Her management issued this statement: "The rigours involved in touring and the intense emotional strain that Amy has been under in recent weeks have taken their toll. In the interests of her health and well-being, Amy has been ordered to take complete rest and deal with her health issues." Amy added, "I can’t give it my all onstage without my Blake. I’m so sorry but I don’t want to do the shows half-heartedly. I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it’s just not the same." Amy had 9 dates left of the tour. Get well, girl! According to People.com, Usher and Tameka Foster are now proud parents of a baby boy. Apparently, Foster gave birth Monday night in Atlanta and will go home today. R&B singer, Usher, 29, and Tameka, 36, were married on September 1st. No name has been released for the child. It's surprising---you don't hear much out of Ursh anymore... He was all the rage a couple of years, but the public's moved on again. The Daily Mail and The Sun believe Victoria Beckham, a.k.a. Posh Spice, a.k.a. VB, might have had her breast implants removed. Her Poshness arrived at the "Dancing With the Stars" performance show Monday night with normal-looking breasts and in a little black dress. Dlisted.com quipped, "She actually looks like a woman instead of a stick figure with grapefruits." I agree. InTouch Magazine reports that Britney Spears has (another) bun in the oven. The father is reportedly J.R. Totem, a record producer she is often seen with. Sources told the magazine that Brit e-mailed a picture of her ultrasound to several friends. When InTouch asked J.R. Rotem about it, he said, "It's true." MEANWHILE, Spears has sent word to Ryan Seacrest that she is NOT with child. Spears' friend, Osama Lutfi, texted the radio show and told him that the InTouch story "is b.s," adding, "It’s fake. Completely fake. Just wrapped her video. Going home to sleep." God, I hope she's not pregnant again. She probably wouldn't even know she is pregnant. Meanwhile, what does that story say about InTouch Weekly? The cheap celeb mags are getting DESPERATE and making s*** up. Sad. Boo on them. Pop singer Christina Aguilera is pregnant and naked on the cover and pages of January's Marie Claire magazine, according to Dlisted.com and PerezHilton.com. She told the mag that her pregnancy was a bit of a shock. "We were planning on starting to try after the tour. And so, I had gone off the Pill to prepare my body, because I didn't know how much time it would take. You've heard it takes some time -- except with Power Egg and Super Sperm here... I'm like, 'Oh, my God, can you believe it just happened?' . . . Because I hadn't said anything, people thought I was trying to keep it this big, bad secret, and that's not the case at all. I just wasn't commenting. I'm not being like, 'Hey, everybody, I'm pregnant!' I'm not that girl." Why shouldn't you be? Being pregnant is a joyful time.
