In its third year, Juggleville has dazzled audiences with its juggling feats and various other physical arts — so much so it had to add more shows. This year, the sold-out Juggleville III: Catch-a-Sketch promises to deliver no less.
With acts including Chinese yo-yos, staff tricks and rhythmic gymnastics, this year’s show tells the story of a young girl’s fantasy world through her magical coloring book.
In order to prepare for the show, the 60-member cast of Juggleville III has put in time and dedication.
“This week I’ll be spending four hours a day, easily, getting ready for the show,” said freshman Doug Denniston, a performer, choreographer and planner for Juggleville III.
The cast will perform three shows, all of which sold out. But if students already have their tickets — or can get their hands on some — the cast promises the show will be worth it.
“Every year Juggleville is one of the most anticipated shows, and I think judging by the amount of work we’ve put in, this year going to be our best show,” Denniston said.
