Carriage House Music Series Returns to Belle Meade Plantation

Carriage House Music Series (CHMS) is returning Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 7PM to the Belle Meade Plantation. In a partnership with ASCAP, this fourth installment of the series is bringing first class songwriters for what is sure to be a memorable night. The line up for the night includes J. Fred Knobloch, "If My Heart Had Wings" (Faith Hill) and "Meanwhile" (George Strait); Tony Haselden, "It Ain't Nothin" (Keith Whitley) and "Take It Like A Man" (Michelle Wright); Roxie Dean, "Why They Call It Falling" (Lee Ann Womack) and "My Sister" (Reba McEntire) and Dave Turnbull, "Lucky Man" (Montgomery Gentry) and "If Something Should Happen" (Darryl Worley). CHMS is funded by LifeWorks Foundation and benefits the preservation and educational outreach programs of Belle Meade Plantation. And the great thing about this event is 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Belle Meade Plantation. Guests will enjoy a social hour with complementary wine and beer as well as a catered dinner by Big Guns Catering, which draws its menus from the Bound'ry and South Street, two of Nashville's favorite restaurants.
