W2W4:
Baseball vs. Austin Peay
6:00 p.m.

The Commodores (20-10) will look to recover from a mid-season slump against in-state foe Austin Peay and gain some momentum for the weekend series at Mississippi State. The Dores, last year’s Southeastern Conference champions, are currently last in the SEC East. Last weekend’s three-game sweep at the hands of Ole Miss was a first for much of the squad, who won nine of ten series last year against SEC opponents. The Governors (15-14) are coming off of a drubbing of Morehead State in a three-game series last weekend and a close 16-13 loss Tuesday to Tennessee.

Women’s Lacrosse vs. Ohio State
Friday, 4:00 p.m.

The No. 14 Vanderbilt women’s lacrosse team (8-4, 2-1 American Lacrosse Conference) will welcome the Buckeyes of Ohio State (7-5, 0-1 ALC) to Nashville Friday for a showdown in the ALC. Vanderbilt will play its first match after downing number 16 Johns Hopkins in an 11-10 two-overtime thriller last Sunday. Ohio State has lost its last two to top-10 teams. The Dores will finish up their season with matches at Albany, at 10th ranked Notre Dame, and against 8th ranked Duke before heading to the ALC tournament in early May.

They said it:
"I sincerely want to thank everyone who has supported me since my injury on Saturday. The cards I have received really mean a lot to me, and I just want everyone to know that I am doing well and should be back in action soon."
Senior second baseman Alex Feinberg on the fan support he has received since a 90 per hour fastball by an Ole Miss pitcher broke his jaw on Sunday, requiring surgery.
