Students can call 322-2448 or stop by the Office of Schedules and Reservations in Sarratt 208 to make their fall 2008 standing room reservations for their student organization starting at 8 a.m.

Words and Woods tree tour
Biology lecturer Steve Baskauf will lead the Words and Woods group on a tour of the Vanderbilt arboretum beginning in Alumni Hall, Room 117 at 3 p.m. He will also discuss the process of designing Vanderbilt's online tree tour.

The Blair Commissions: New music for the 21st century
Come see the world premiere of “Music for Trio” by American composer Lowell Liebermann at 8 p.m. in the Blair School of Music at the Steve and Judy Turner Recital Hall.

Senior lecturer Rosevelt Noble and senior Stephanie Crews will present their documentary series titled "Lost in the Ivy" at noon in the Bishop Joseph Johnson Black Cultural Center Auditorium. The series chronicles the experience of African-Americans at Vanderbilt University from a variety of perspectives.

Relay for Life
Relay for Life will host the Relay For Life Rain Check at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Tickets are being sold on the Wall and the Sarratt Box Office Monday and Tuesday.

Israel @ 60 anniversary picnic
Students can celebrate Israel's 60th anniversary with free Mediterranean food at the Wall in the grass behind Rand from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
